We want you to love Judy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — a Pro or Premium subscription, or a one-time trip credit — you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Judy purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@heyjudy.app with your order ID and we'll forward it to Paddle.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your Pro or Premium subscription at any time from your Account page or via paddle.net. After cancellation you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again. Beyond the 30-day window, partial refunds for unused subscription time are handled at our discretion in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
One-time trip credits
One-time trip credits ($2.99) are refundable within 30 days if the credit has not yet been consumed to generate a trip.
